Ms Williams has had extensive experience as a senior executive in the government housing sector, her role encompassing the planning, delivery and maintenance of public, community, out of home care and disability properties across Victoria. Ms Williams has also played a role in establishing Homes Victoria, the new Victorian State Government entity developed to deliver the State’s ambitious $5B social housing stimulus program.

“We are thrilled to welcome Fiona to our team,” said Neil Jens, Chair of Centacare Housing Services Limited.

“Fiona brings a depth of experience in housing services – as well as exceptional strategic and leadership capability – that will be an asset to Centacare Housing Services Limited as we embark on this new phase of growth.”

“On behalf of the Centacare Housing Services Limited Board, I take this opportunity to thank our outgoing CEO, Ross Wheatland, who has held the role since December 2020.”

Fiona Williams will commence in her new role on 5 July 2022.
