"I have come so that you may have life and have it to the full"

John 10:10

We provide over 60 programs and services across Victoria including counselling and mental health programs, employment help, affordable housing, support for separating families, refugee and asylum seeker help, specialised supports for children and teens, pastoral care, crisis help, homelessness and advocacy support, and a variety of courses helping to strengthen relationships and wellbeing.

Support for children and young people

Over 75% of mental health problems occur before the age of 25¹.

We believe all children, teenagers and young adults deserve the opportunity to reach their full potential in life. Giving young people the skills they need to work through challenges NOW gives them the resilience to deal with adversity later in life.

The services we provide to support young people include Counselling, School Counselling & Chaplaincy, School Refusal support, Communities for Children, Youth Justice programs, Adoption, Permanent Care and Kinship Care, Family Wellbeing Support Service, and workshops for children and young people.

Strengthening families and relationships

When people build positive relationships with their families and communities, their children are more likely to experience the same as they move through life.

We're helping families to build resilience and work through challenges that impact them and their children. Relationship breakdown, relationship strain or lack of connection can lead to issues like mental ill-health, financial insecurity, homelessness and substance abuse.

We aim to prevent these issues by helping families to build strong, respectful relationships.

Empowering disadvantaged and vulnerable people

Over 770,000 Victorians live in poverty - this includes 1 in 6 children².

Everyone deserves a chance to live life to the full. We help people to overcome the barriers that are holding them back. We support refugees to create a brighter future for them and their families; we help families and individuals struggling through times of crisis; and we walk alongside those on the fringes of society and help to bring them in.
