Barwon Unity Cup

Ten girls from two Geelong high schools, who participate in CatholicCare’s Settle Well program, recently took part in the AFL Barwon Unity Cup.

The Unity Cup is an initiative of the Australian Federal Police, the AFL Multicultural Program and local football clubs with the aim to strengthen relationships between police and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.

We would like to acknowledge the Archbishop's Charitable Fund, the Collier Charitable Fund, the Give Where You Live Foundation, the Bennelong Foundation and the Geelong Community Foundation for their support of the Geelong Settle Well program.

We also thank AFL Barwon for hosting the Unity Cup and sharing this wonderful video of the day and its events!

Stronger families and communities

Every day our clients search for support, and we want to be there for them to help break the cycle of disadvantage, and help them achieve 'life to the full'.
