The Seasons Loss and Grief Program Network meetings offer professional development opportunities for Companions. These sessions provide updates on the latest information about loss and grief and suggest new skills for facilitating Seasons peer group sessions.

- Understanding the causes of mental illness (incl Anxiety & Depression) in young people and the impact on their learning.
- Early indicators of mental illness in young people.
- Managing young people with mental illness in classrooms/school.
- Impact on the family unit.
- Creating 'Mental Health' promoting schools and school communities.
