On December 24, The Age ran an article which covered CatholicCare CEO FR Joe Caddy’s visit to the Metropolitan Remand Centre on Christmas Day. They ran another article discussing the impact of closing prisons on Christmas Day so inmates can’t see their families. Fr Caddy was also quoted in this.

Kids at Risk

During Child Protection Week, Geraldine Doogue leads a discussion to explore the issues of abuse and neglect raised by the film 'Polly and Me' which is also shown here. As part of the discussion, North Shore Primary's Principal Ken Massari talks about our important role in providing counselling and support services to at risk families at his Geelong school.

Australian Story: Pay It Forward
