ACCESS Programs offers an immediate solution to workplace conflict through mediation. ACCESS Programs mediation is a confidential process whereby problems, grievances or disputes are resolved with the assistance of a skilled mediator. ACCESS has experience in facilitating the rapid resolution of issues, including:
· Performance management
· Dismissal
· Distribution of work assignments, overtime, training opportunities and leave
· Bullying, harassment and sexual harassment
· Discrimination
· Organisational change issues
Managers are able to utilise the service either by telephone, directly to a Senior Counsellor or through face-to-face consultation.
