Management Assistance

ACCESS Programs provides a Manager Assistance Program, which enables Managers to receive support and advice from senior consultants in relation to a broad range of workplace issues, including:

·   Organisational change processes
·   Employee performance management issues
·   Stress due to work or personal issues
·   Critical incidents
·   Effective workplace communication

Managers are able to utilise the service either by telephone, directly to a Senior Counsellor or through a face-to-face consultation.
