Critical Incident Response
ACCESS Programs has extensive experience in providing counselling and trauma management across the full range of critical incidents. Our services are designed to limit the impact of incidents on employees and organisations. Our approach is underpinned by current research on critical incident and trauma management.
Onsite Critical Incident Response
A 24-hour, seven day a week service. Counsellors can be on-site within specified rapid response times to provide individual and/or group psychological first-aid. By arrangement with the organisation, the counsellor may also conduct a post-incident follow-up.
Reporting
Organisations requiring a Critical Incident Report will receive a comprehensive report of the incident from the counsellor after the follow-up process has been completed.
Critical Incident Consultancy
ACCESS Programs will assist your organisation to prepare for critical incidents by consulting on critical incident management, policies and procedures.
Critical Incident Training
We design and deliver training programs in critical incident management, covering topics such as: roles and responsibilities of managers/supervisors; understanding the needs and responses of employees to incidents and how to communicate information about the incident.
